By purchasing a commission you are agreeing to these terms.

Use of PayPal's services is confirmation to me that you are 18 years of age or older.

I will not accept work that depicts targeted hate or deliberate erasure.

I am open to creating artwork that depicts nudity, body horror, injury/gore, or suggestive/pinup scenes, using the genre media I frequently post about as a point of reference for any limitations.

I reserve the right to decline a commission inquiry without explanation (though I will offer one whenever possible).

I reserve the right to update my Terms of Service at any time.

I have permission to post your finished commission and to use it as an example when advertising my commissions, unless you specify to me that the commission is private.

Questions regarding the commission process can be answered on social media through DMs or private messages, however;

Further communications are held through email, for archival and organizational reasons, and for sharing high resolution image files.

You agree to let me interpret the provided references into my own artistic style. (I can’t replicate other styles for you.)

I will send you milestone updates on your commission, to make feedback and adjustments easier as the work progresses.

I may not be able to accept work with an imminent deadline. Please clearly communicate if any deadline exists for your order (i.e., a birthday, an anniversary, or other date of personal significance), so that I can judge my ability to complete the work without compromising on its quality.

I can only accept payment via PayPal invoice.

I will give you a quote on the total cost before beginning work on your commission.

Payment must be delivered to me in full after you have seen, offered feedback on, and approved of a rough sketch concept.

2 major sketch revisions or iterations are included for free. These are edits or retakes that significantly change the pose and composition from the initial draft. Further retakes will incur a fee, calculated from 15% of the base cost of your commission type.

Payment received outside of an invoice is not accepted and will be refunded. Please include your PayPal email address in your message so I can send you a properly formatted invoice.

I incur the fees from PayPal’s service during our transaction.

You are purchasing a digital good that will be delivered to you by email or by Google Drive or MEGA download link. I am not mailing you a physical good.

You acknowledge that work on your commission will take one to five weeks for me to finish, and that during this time you may request updates on it's progress.

I will communicate with you if I expect to be delayed in delivering your commission to you.

I do not offer refunds on completed work.

If circumstances arise that prevent me from working on your order indefinitely, I will calculate a partial refund for you based on how much work remains to be done.

Large revisions, such as pose, clothing, overall expression, composition, etc. are only doable while your commission is still a sketch. Please do not be shy about desired revisions at the sketch stage.

Small revisions, such as colour correction, adding overlooked jewelry/scar/freckle, slight proportion tweaks, etc. can be requested on the final product.

Commissioned artwork is for personal use only. You can post it anywhere publicly online as long as credit is given to me, rennybu.

You cannot use the artwork for commercial purposes.

You cannot use the artwork for any kind of AI or machine learning dataset.

Artwork cannot be used for NFTs.

You are purchasing my service, not the rights to the artwork. You cannot claim commissioned artwork as your own.

Do not edit or remove my signature from the artwork.

I do not claim the rights to any characters or intellectual properties used during the artwork’s creation. (Your OCs are your own! You may upload the commission to sites like Toyhouse, personally print the artwork to display in your home, use it in TTRPG games or forum posts, etc.)

I will preserve the multi-layer file of your commission for six months, after which it is deleted. I will keep the full-size, high-resolution PNG image of your commission indefinitely. Please take care to save your commission somewhere secure.

I do not use your name, email, or provided reference material for any reason outside of the creation of your commission and to communicate with you.

You may at any time during our correspondence ask to remain anonymous when I post your commission, or ask that I do not post your commission. I will respect this request and I do not need to be provided a reason for your preference.
